Succulent & Safety Deposit Box Center Piece

Hey Friends!  Today I am posting a centerpiece idea.  This particular centerpiece is in the Renfrow's Dining Room, which we unveiled in this post!  Centerpieces can be as easy or as intricate as you like.  For a day to day look, I think centerpieces that require little to no maintenance (but still look great) are best!  For the amount that you would spend on a nice bouquet of flowers, you can buy a bunch of small succulents and create a focal point that will last and last!

Now, this centerpiece idea is not just about using succulent plants, but about repurposing pieces.  Can you tell what I used as a planter?

I bought vintage safety deposit boxes, removed their lids, and used them as a potting station for all these adorable, pint sized plants!

I love succulents because they're very hard to kill, but mainly because they are so sculptural!  I love the interesting and unique shapes that the plants bring "to the table!" ;)

There are so many unexpected items you can use as a planter to bring something special to your space.  What unique pieces have you guys used to pot your plants?
